Biblioteca 9 de Abril opened as the result of collaboration with the Polish organization Early Stage and Sucre-based nonprofit Condortrekkers. Condortrekkers, whose proceeds benefit local communities, often leads tours to see Maragua and nearby dinosaur footprints and rock paintings.
