BiblioWorks inaugurated its third library in the neighborhood of Patacón in March 2006. Located on the outskirts of Sucre, it is one of two BiblioWorks libraries within the city limits.
The Library Adhemar Carvajal functions in the high school and is equipped with over 1,500 books and 4 computers for the students to use. It opened thanks to the initiative of a former Peace Corps volunteer working in the Patacón neighborhood.
