Last year, the first ever literacy festival in Sucre, Bolivia, was organized by BiblioWorks. It was a huge success. Fifteen organizations and over 500 students participated in the events. Now we need your help to make the 2nd Annual Literacy Festival an even bigger success.
This year, we hope to have the festival in a larger space, invite more organizations, have more interactive and creative activities for students and teachers and get people in Sucre excited about reading and literacy as a positive tool for development.

Literacy matters
Literacy and education are cornerstones to all of the projects BiblioWorks undertakes. Literacy has the power to open new doors to people and allows for economic, cultural and social growth. In the 2nd Annual Literacy Festival, we hope to engage the population of Sucre through innovative reading activities that promote healthy debate about some of the toughest issues Bolivia currently faces.
Your contribution helps us grow and improve literacy!
Your contribution, whether it be monetary or just helping us spread the word about the festival, will help BiblioWorks grow and provide educational materials to more children living in communities in need. You can learn more about the festival on our Indiegogo campaign page
Thanks for helping out!
