We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season. BiblioWorks is excited about the New Year and improving our literacy and library initiatives in Bolivia and the Asheville, NC area. In 2011 we saw an extremely positive increase in donations and volunteer support. This steadfast support and interest tells us that our projects are important to the social and economic development of Bolivia. Support from people who see our website and connect with us on other social networks, motivates us to do better and more quality work.

Our sincerest hope for 2012 is to provide educational materials and trainings to more people in rural Bolivian communities so that they can gain invaluable skills such as creativity and critical thinking. These skills will allow them to make pertinent decisions and pave their own path out of poverty. We are optimistic that positive change and development is possible everywhere.
