BiblioWorks inaugurated its sixth library in the town of Sopachuy in April 2008. Sopachuy is a small agricultural community set in a lush, green region between two rivers, and much of the population speaks only Quechua.

The library San Pablo enjoys a high attendance rate and positive relationships with the local school, although it is a municipal library. Children squeeze into the library before or after their school day, and teachers ensure that their pupils make use of the library’s resources.
